Catherine Rudat Wellness Corporation teaches clients how to avoid negative and self-destructive speech patterns that create emotional bottlenecks in relationships. Clients also learn to recognize and successfully deal with gaming, intimidation, and seduction patterns others use in a negative way to attempt to influence and control decision-making. Additionally, clients are shown how to achieve their dreams and goals by asking for what they want and saying "no" to what they don't want. Using the proven and patented WANT® training techniques, clients learn how to use words as tools to get what they want from life, to communicate respectfully, and in a non-threatening manner, to confront men and women in a respectful way, to achieve fundamental self-esteem, and restore good physical and mental health – at home, in social circles and in the workplace.
